On December 9-10, we held the first in-person meeting of all partners of the UPWELLING Interreg Atlantic Area project at Innovalia in Tenerife. These were two productive days full of discussions, planning, and organizing the tasks for the upcoming months. A key topic was the analysis of the roundtable results from all Atlantic regions. It was fascinating to see that, despite regional differences, all of them converged on the same points, highlighting the important role of UPWELLING in strengthening the blue economy network across the Atlantic region.
